Staff in the restaurant is AMAZING! The 24hr airport shuttle is incredible!

Yes. the City of Des Moines is resurfacing Fleur Drive in front of the hotel and it has been inconvenient. Thanks for your patience and a great 5 out of 5 score!

I was not checked out yet. I had taken a load to the convention hall(which was the reason I was there), and when I went back to my room, the cleaning staff was already in there stripping the bed and cleaning the bathroom. I still had belongings in the room!

I have followed up with our Housekeeping staff and honestly do not know why cleaning the room was initiated prior to all your belongings being removed. I apologize for the inconvenience. Our training specifically forbids this and we will strive to do better. Thanks for letting us know.

The staff was amazing. We had rented a hotel on another property and it was rundown so we canceled and came there. They gave us a great room next to the pool. We extended our stay one more night because our flight was canceled if I’m ever in Des Moines area again I will always stay there.
