Made a reservation through Expedia for a king size bed room. Called to confirm reservation and at first it could not be gound so transferred my call. Then when came and checked in the room was 2 queen size beds.

I do apologize for switching rooms for you. It looks like you had booked a handicap accessible king room but we needed to take it out of service for a maintenance issue. Again I do apologize.

Staff was friendly and efficient, property and room were clean. My only complaint is that the breakfast was awful. At this price point, you would expect food that is edible. The eggs were dry, overcooked pebbles and the sausage could be best described as salty foam disks. Plan on adding the cost of breakfast at McDonald's to your trip budget as I would consider McDonald's gourmet compared to the breakfast offered here. I would be less disappointed with my stay had "free" breakfast not be included in the price.

Publié le 21 juill. 2024 sur HotelsVery nice rooms, super comfy beds and fun modern touches to the room. Pool was too cool for me but the hot tub felt great. The breakfast...that was set up nicely however the pancake machine did not work properly the only option for yogurt was Greek, bread was out, only option for egg was a cheese omelette I would have much preferred simple scrambled eggs and left the cheese out of the equation. And the coffee ran out faster than it was refilled. So the breakfast definitely needed some help but all in all it was a great place for the money. We'll be back, but not for breakfast.
