It was a good experience. We got our room quick and was cleaned the following day. Although, we noticed there was only one working elevator. We had a good option for breakfast and the hotel was accessible to parking garages and other points of interest

Good location, terrible housekeeping service

Despite requesting room cleaning three times from different staff members, my room was never cleaned. Each time I asked, I was assured that someone would come to clean, but it never happened. To make matters worse, we even ran out of toilet paper and had to request it ourselves. This lack of attention to cleanliness and service is unacceptable and significantly impacted my stay. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure better service for future guests.

The breakfast was excellent. I liked the taco option on the breakfast bar and the French toast was an extra special treat.
