It sits right in the hottest district in West Des Moines and just 10 blocks from the interstate so it's quick to get to. I love to make people happy and that exactly what my properties are designed for. I'm a landlord by trade. I have apartment complexes and rental homes. Then six years ago I created my first vacation rental property, and it grew from there. I offer vacation rentals because it's fun! Making sure groups are set up to have a blast is a challenge that I find very rewarding. I take this seriously. Being a big kid at heart, I make it my mission to deliver the fun for kids- also being one who appreciates nice things, I deliver comfort and attention to detail for the adults. I truly desire for you to have the most fun and relaxation as possible, and with the fewest hassles as well. That is why we put in so much effort before you get there. Property was great. Party barn had thing for adults through 6 years of age to do. Outside patio and grills were big enough. Used fire pit to make s'mores everyone enjoyed. Hot tub was enjoyed and pool wasn't far away for a couple hour cool down 5 stars

The place was great for a family gathering. Close to everything. The property manager was very nice. My daughter lost a piece of jewelry and they took their time to find it when they were cleaning. The grandkids loved seeing the wildlife. We will used the place again for a family gathering.

We loved this property. We had children of all ages and there was something for all of them. So many thoughtful things were included. It was clean and nicely furnished. The only thing that would have made it better would be if there was a bathroom out in the party barn.

Family retreat, plus!
From the start of the reservation process, to our departure - we couldn’t have asked for a better host / property. Although we have a young family and a few unique needs, they were more than accommodating. SERIOUSLY, they assured us that they would do anything possible to ensure that we had a great stay and they DID NOT disappoint. Our entire family had a blast and we look forward to our next stay! Three generations of family enjoyed staying at this property. Plenty to do for everyone with the arcade barn, play equipment and big yard. We were able to enjoy the indoor pool at the other location. Location of the property gives both the feel of being in the country while having city amenities close.

Amazing Stay!
This was the perfect space for our family gathering. The kids loved all of the space to play, the swing set was amazing, and we had plenty of space for all of us. The party barn was an AMAZING bonus space! It was so nice to have that area to hang out in after the little kids went to sleep for the night. Steven was incredibly responsive to the questions we had and addressed the one unforseen issue we had immediately. We also enjoyed seeing all the deer on the property. It was a wonderful space!

Great for all ages
The party barn makes this place awesome. It was the perfect hang out spot for family with teens. And the location is great too. House is base everything you need and is comfortable. We could not get the tv working in the living room which was unfortunate but we were able to enjoy hanging out in the barn so it was fine.

"Graceland"-secluded but 1/4 mile from real world
Host Steven took EXCELLENT care of us, prioritizing our safety and enjoyment during a severe winter storm event. We 9 adults (grandparent to grandchildren) had all we could ask for with the party barn of electronic games, several large screen TVs with great seating, and deer watching !

Great Home and Property for a Family Retreat
Had all the things we were looking for to treat out-of-town family to a nice getaway. Mornings with coffee and a fire in the fireplace and the open space for the kitchen, dining and living/family room made for good times. Didn't use the party barn much but did play a game of pool, darts and a video game.

Family fun inside, outside and nearby!
Our family of all ages really enjoyed our stay at this awesome property! The board games in the house, the playset /large yard, and the "arcade" kept the kids very entertained! The adults also enjoyed the game barn, relaxing in the quiet secluded surroundings, walking the long driveway, the hot tub and the very roomy layout of the house. It was also nice to be so close to many activities and stores. Brenda and Steven were great to work with and very quick to respond to any question. We would recommend it as a great place to create family memories!
