We have stayed at this property a few other times while spending time in Indianola, and have always been satisfied. Since our last stay they have done some updating including new flooring and fixtures, which was needed and appreciated. We like having breakfast included in our stay, however, this time we were disappointed that the scrambled eggs were lukewarm at best, even though we ate shortly after breakfast started at 6:00 a.m. Other than that we were very happy and definitely will stay there again when we are in the area.

Pleasant place to stay. Room was clean but in need of some repair and remodeling. Furniture was worn. Bathroom ceiling and trim old, needed upgrade.

Great sleep
The hotel was very accomodating to our needs. We have some mobility issues, and the check in attendent was so helpful. We have stayed here three times, and this was by far the best stay yet. We loved the pillows and the bed.

You have to ask for everything! “example “ did not clean room or replace towels. Had to ask and still wasn’t completed .. :/ My key card didn’t work 3 consecutive days when I would get back to the room in the evening. Room was clean staff was friendly and Breakfast was ok..

Average hotel. Staff was not helpful with vending machine issues and we ended up having to pay twice for items. The pool is 3ft deep on the shallowest part so toddlers struggled to touch. Otherwise- good stay!

The desk clerk was very nice and we had 2 days there but they were split up so he kept us in the same rooms so it was easy for the eldery people with us. Which we appreciated .
