You have to ask for everything! “example “ did not clean room or replace towels. Had to ask and still wasn’t completed .. :/ My key card didn’t work 3 consecutive days when I would get back to the room in the evening. Room was clean staff was friendly and Breakfast was ok..

Average hotel. Staff was not helpful with vending machine issues and we ended up having to pay twice for items. The pool is 3ft deep on the shallowest part so toddlers struggled to touch. Otherwise- good stay!

Nice quiet area. Breakfast had no meat except in the gravy. Biscuits were alittle hard.

The desk clerk was very nice and we had 2 days there but they were split up so he kept us in the same rooms so it was easy for the eldery people with us. Which we appreciated .

Had to upgrade my room at the last minute, and instead of sending me back to the booking agency, they were able to make a change to my reservation over thew phone in less than 5 minutes!
