La chambre donnait sur un système d'aération très bruyant qui ne s'arrêtait jamais.

This property has been our favorite since our daughter moved to Des Moines. She lives in the Fleming Building, which is next to the Surety. The location is great, and we really like the underground parking. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful hotel. The room was so comfortable, with beautiful wood features and nice music as you walked through the door. I loved this hotel, and I've stayed in many hotels around the world. Really nice job guys : 1:

Staff and service were excellent at the hotel and at the restaurant. Food and drinks were very good. Hotel was clean, comfortable, and stylish.

Ed, the employee who checked us in, was absolutely incredible. I will be staying at this hotel in the future solely based on his charisma and attitude. Whatever this man makes, is not enough. Ed RULES!!
