Confortable et très bien situé
Publié le 29 avr. 2019 sur HotelsPetit hôtel très bien situé. A 5 mn du lac et du centre de la jolie petite ville de Desenzano. Chambres confortables, très bon accueil, parking. Avons passé un très bon séjour !

Struttura un pò datata, ma tenuta benissimo. Molto pulita e personale gentilissimo. A due passi dal centro storico. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

We have booked a three night stay here with Expedia. As we have found out when we arrived Hotel Astoria is closed. Expedia should have known that and not book us into a closed hotel.
I have booked the stay with Expedia, Expedia has taken the money from my credit card on August 11th. I expect a full refund and compensation for a night wasted on the phone in the street until past midnight talking to the Expedia customer support who did nothing to resolve the situation.
I have no email address to contact the Expedia customer support and thus my request to them is:
1. Immediate refund of the money that Expedia has taken.
2. A compensation for a lost night which we should have spent into a hotel room instead of talking to their support on the street.
We have evidence of the chat with the Expedia customer support.
Our reservation was starting on 4th of September. We waited for 2 hours until 23:55 for their staff to resolve the situation - during 2 hours they came up with no proposal, no solution, nothing but excuses. They should have booked us into another hotel instead of leaving us on the street to wait indefinitely.
I have a case number given by the customer support who has promised us a refund in the morning of September 5th. The case number is S-215434108
