Perfect location and condo for our Honeymoon getaway!
Publié le 1 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayYavuz was very transparent and the “guide” that was sent to us had everything we needed to know about our stay and more! Check-in was a breeze. Less than a minute walk to the (private) beach. Every store and restaurant you can think of all within a 10 or 15 minute drive. We are already starting to discuss our next trip to Destin! Thank you Yavuz and to the Pelican Beach Resort staff for making our honeymoon unforgettable.

Beautiful view

My husband my kids and I all went there last year and had a great time so this year we knew we wanted to go back and stay there again. It was a different room last year. Only thing I didn't like was the parking is horrible to find something, the elevator takes sooo long and the bed in the kind bedroom is horrible to sleep on my back hurt the whole time I was there! Besides that everything was amazing! But definitely needs a new bed in there.

The property manager was very helpful and responsive with any questions, and checked in to see if expectations were met the day after we checked in. We were able to check in a couple of hours early which was very helpful! Would definitely stay again and recommend this place to anyone.

Clean. Amazing ocean view! Good host communication.

We had all the amenties in the kitchen, we never ran out of paper goods, and the linen was clean! The place overall was very clean. This felt like a home away from home. I would definitely return to this property on our next beach vacation. We had not issues, but our host made sure to check in on us during our stay! Check in process was effortless.

Publié le 14 mai 2023 sur HomeAwayThe hubby and I came to celebrate our 27th wedding anniversary. It was our first time to visit Destin. The description of the property was on point. The unit was clean, well stocked and close to all attractions. We had a wonderful time and plan to return!

Pelican beach resort
Publié le 7 avr. 2023 sur HomeAwayThere was construction and it was loud and too dusty to sit on the porch from sanding. We specifically asked about this before our booking. We were told it would be completed.this was disappointing since we paid for the ocean view on the 17th floor.
The bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress is worn out. I read this in another review of the property.
Overall we liked the property and our condo was clean.

Thank you for your feedback. The noise and dust was unfortunately coming from the other resort on the west which was also being renovated. We will check the mattress but it was replaced 2 years ago.
