No large condo complexes to navigate here! Come home to your beach retreat and grill on your private back porch. This is the perfect spot to prepare a seafood feast from your local catch or fresh seafood acquired from one of the local seafood markets. This unit is just a short drive to local beach accesses, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Visit the local Destin restaurants/bars such as McGuire's Irish Pub, Aj's Seafood Restaurant, Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, and many more. Spend the day shopping at The Destin Commons or The Silversands Outlet Mall. Destin has so much to offer!

This fun beach townhome includes: A fully stocked kitchen the essentials needed to prepare full meals for your family. A living area with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests and a 55" Smart TV. Two bedrooms on the second floor... A master bedroom with a king size bed, full bath, and large deck. A second bedroom with two twin beds, a full-size sleeper sofa, full bath, and deck. Full size washer and dryer in unit.

Pet friendly property! Up to 2 dogs allowed, no weight restrictions. $175.00 additional fee for pets, plus tax. There is a fened in back yard with a dog waste bag dispenser.

Local beach accesses: O'steen Public Beach Access located at 320 Gulf Shore Dr. Destin, FL (parking is free/limited) and Henderson Beach State Park located at 17000 Emerald Coast Parkway Destin, FL with parking fees of $6.00 per vehicle, and $4.00 for a single-occupant vehicle.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that we rent exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

Sweet little spot for family vacay
We made a weekend trip to visit home and family at our favorite beaches. We were thankful to bring our pups with us. The location was great, the townhouse was great. Room for improvement in the upkeep of the backyard both to ensure the dogs don’t get loose from the backyard as well as maintaining the overgrowth of weeds. We would stay here again, but would be better prepared for canine security and comfort.

Great fishing paradise but terrible walk to the beach. The harbor is right there with a small beach and rocky areas at the Jetties but the beaches are a hike around the jetties to a beach slope. If you aren’t there for beach the location is good

Perfect Vacation Rental with Pets
We absolutely loved our stay here! This was the perfect rental for us and our pups. It is hard to find somewhere nice that allows multiple large dogs and has the space to accommodate them. All of us were very comfortable the whole week. I was super impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was! For just the two of us we were set! I mention this because I know some places have Most of what you’d need but this place had literally EVERYTHING! A small note about the fenced yard, there is an opening on the side where the car port is so make sure you have control of pets and watch small children. Other than that, Eva’s absolutely perfect! I would highly recommend this rental!

Location is great! Came down to fish for a few days. Super convenient to the marina (harbor walk) 5 minute walk to the coolest part of the beach (east pass near the jetties). Convenient to get to the good restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Place has some age, but it was very clean. Host super cool to work with!

It was a seamless check in process. The location was about a 10 min walk to a nearby beach but I liked driving to the other beaches better, about 15 min to Miramar beach. The place was spacious enough for a family of 6 and 2 dogs. It was very convenient to take the dogs out the back rather than go down a flight of stairs or elevators to take them out. I liked that each room had its own bathroom plus an extra half bath on the main floor. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!

Just wish the walk to the beach was easier…There was not an easy path to walk. There also was a company that set up chairs and umbrellas that we weren’t allowed to rent. It was for guest across the water that bring guest over from boats.

Family Trip
We had a wonderful trip. My mom, boyfriend and I were in Destin for my cousin’s graduation from Niceville High. We decided to make the most of it and booked our stay a few weeks ago. We even brought our two dogs. The house was really nice, exceptionally clean and in a wonderful location. We were less than a 10 minute walk to the beach. We loved it and would definitely come back.

Great time in Destin!
The property was clean and the location was great for us. My family of five stayed plus our dog. We were a 10 minute walk from a beach trail and a 10 minute drive from the harbor boardwalk and other beautiful beaches. Super easy check in also! We loved being able to cook and relax in between adventures! We will definitely be back.

Very beautiful area. It was very nice place to stay house had all that we needed the beach walk was further than we thought but other than that it was very good. Clean place , two parking spaces. Seemed very secure in this neighborhood. Great time seeing the dolphins and enjoying the white sand beaches!

Close to everything.
Spend 4 weeks here and did day trips to Panama City, Pensacola, and other locations along the gulf coast. Comfortable with all bedrooms upstairs. Only thing I wish they would had a few more simple kitchen items like salt and pepper, tinfoil etc. Would recommend this place to others.

Nice nice place but AC issues.
The entire upstairs stayed hot. Had to call for AC service techs twice. Spent almost $200 on fans just to comfortably sleep at night. Was told we would be refunded for fans but never heard anything back from the property manager.

I absolutely loved this tiny townhouse. The location was close to everything we needed or wanted. The only con was that there was too much furniture in the master bedroom to where you could not open the bathroom door all the way causing me to jam my toe and bruise my forearm. This townhome in particular wasn't very toddler (16 month old) friendly but we made it work. We loved that the kitchen had dishes (besides it being all glass) and that we could grill. We enjoyed being able to walk 2 minutes to the beach that wasn't crowed and then at night being able to curl up on the comfy couches and watch movies.
