Great apartment - Stressful Beach situation
Publié le 3 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayLoved the accommodations. Would recommend the Condo to anyone. Kids loved it. However, we were unable to rent chairs on the first row of the beach. In fact, we were only available to rent on the fifth or further back. We could not see our kids in the ocean from there. When we went further to just sit at the edge of the beach, security would not let us stay there. we could not let our kids play in the ocean while we sat on the side of the beach. Would not recommend it simply because of that. Great For kid-free people

The beach rules are clear in our listing. Everyone cannot sit on the first row. That is why we send the booking link to our guests upon booking and then a few more times.

Perfect family vacation
Publié le 12 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayNice 2 bedroom 2 bath condo perfect for a quiet family vacation. Balcony doesn’t actually face the ocean, more on the side of the building so a little hard to enjoy the view. Condo was clean and beds very comfortable.

Quick Beach Access
Publié le 6 mai 2024 sur HomeAwaySmooth check-in process. Views of the ocean were beautiful and just a short walk directly to the beach. Quiet neighbors and didn't get any outside noises while in the condo. Overall a great stay!

Had a great stay

The condo was very clean & we really enjoyed having the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler to take our stay up a notch. The elevator next to the unit was out of order half the stay but we didnt mind taking the stairs.

Mother/Daughter get away
Publié le 21 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property was nice. It was clean and had quite a bit of items for dishes, pots, pans and bakeware/bowls. Could have used some pot holders to be able to take things out of the oven. It was fine to use the kitchen towel but if we would have used the oven more we would have contacted the property owner.

Highly recommended l. Cannot fault it at all

At first sight, it may look very simple, minimalistic and a typical rental condo however everything was well thought out. The kitchen is extremely well equipped (and I cook :). The management head-Yavuz- is very responsive and professional. We made him aware that there were no hangers in the closets and in no time new ones were delivered (with a chocolate box which added a nice touch). The facility is great although it was off season but it was well maintained. Location is prime!
We r looking forward to coming again and staying in the same property next year. Thank you Yavuz!
