Great weekend getaway. Rooms and facilities are clean and comfortable. Pool was nice. Easy walk to the public beach. Great dining and shopping nearby.

Everything was easy to get to. Many options to go out to eat. Beach was closed walking distance. The only thing I would approve is the bed. They are hard as a rock

The hotel’s location is excellent, close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping malls. It’s just a 5-minute walk to the nearest public beach, which has a clean shore and clear water. However, the cleanliness of the rooms was disappointing. Our room had a strong odor of dog urine, and there were visible stains on the carpet. Allowing pets in the rooms without ensuring thorough cleaning is not a good practice. Additionally, one of the queen beds was uneven, making it uncomfortable. I traveled with my wife and child, and we ultimately decided not to stay at this hotel due to the lack of cleanliness.

Good hotel near several restaurants and things to do (go carts, mini golf, etc.). Staff was friendly. Overall good experience.

This hotel.was in a great spot, close to lots of things, we walked to The Track, the beach, The Back Porch, even walked to Big Kahuna ! , close to Walmart, too ( for supplies ). .. Room.was.nice with partial gulf view, But I wish there was more storage room.for.clothes. ex. More drawers or cabinets for clothes.. basically left clothes in suitcases the whole.week. Breakfast was just OK, there was no bacon , no fruit other than occasional apple, , but overall it was just.good enough to bring us back. We definitely want to return and we would come back.to.this hotel !

We'll pass on this hotel the next time for sure

Pros: 5 minute walk to the beach; nice gift shop close by; amusement park across the street; super cold A/C in the room; cold refrigerator; nearby restaurants; nice pool Cons: VERY unfriendly/unhelpful front desk staff (couldn't be bothered from looking away from personal mobile phones); all trash bins in the pool area packed full with trash and never emptied during our 4 night stay; dirty carpets throughout the common areas; mediocre breakfast- unclean breakfast area; very small 'public' beach access; ice machine broken entire 4 days during our stay; no pool towels available 2 days; dirty bedding upon arrival (asked for bedding to be changed); hair in the shower area upon arrival; housekeeping staff spoke absolutely NO English; phone to front desk wouldn't dial through ('unavailable at this time'); pool area littered with cigarette butts/trash; NOT up to Hilton standards for sure
