When I arrived, I was told that all king rooms were full, even though I had reserved one over a month in advanced. Also, the hallways look like they haven’t been vacuumed in a very long time. And lastly, the walls are paper thin! We had some very loud neighbors that talked at full voice and we could hear their entire conversation. It woke up my infant and kept us up until about 1am. The only redeeming qualities about this hotel is its proximity to the beach and friendly staff.

Good day Amanda, we are sorry to hear that your stay at our hotel was disturbed by the noise from the nearby guest. We understand how frustrating it can be to not get a good night's sleep, in the future if this ever happens again, please notify the front desk so we can do noise control. We did have a lot of extended stays due to the hurricane and the evacuees are unable to check out which resulted in us being sold out on king rooms. As you are one of our valued IHG member I went ahead and deposited 5000 points to your account for your troubles. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused by these situations.
