Publié le 2 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayEverything good but several things need attention: ice maker issues, blinds on living room window don't work, something going on under master room big sink, no leaks, but lots of noise when running the water, unable to watch TV in bedroom.

Great location
Publié le 27 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed out stay at this condominium. Security was really nice. Condo had an Amazing view. Beach was great and Beach service was Great too. Lots of wildlife to see every morning. And amazing walks on the beach. The condo set up was good for our family of 5. It was well stocked for what we needed but with a lot of great restaurants we didn’t cook much.

Vacation Get Away

The second bedroom was tight with the 2 full beds in this room but we survived. The property manager was responsive with questions that I had during our stay. Would definitely stay again at this unit.

Beautiful place with a fantastic view

We were celebrating our 30th Wedding Anniversary and upon arrival we received a beautiful Bundt cake that had Happy Anniversary on it. This place was fully stocked with whatever you would need to make any meal. Thanks again for a wonderful satu. We will stay again!

Pre-Christmas in Destiin
Publié le 29 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe location and view were extraordinary. We overlooked a beautiful beach and the Gulf of Mexico. We were treated to views of dolphins many days. We enjoyed using the pool (thankfully it was heated during our below normal temperature visit), pickleball courts and walking the beach. The gated entrance made us feel very safe throughout our stay. Everywhere we visited we were welcomed.
We had a bit of trouble getting into the unit as the battery in the door lock was dead. Tony and the security guard were very helpful in getting us in and helping us get the lock working. Good thing there were spare batteries inside as we also had to change the smoke alarm that started beeping during the night and the door lock (again) mid-week.
The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. Everything we needed was ready to go including a great supply of spices. Target, Wynn Dixie and Wal-mart were close by for everything else that we needed to pick up.
We suggest someone look through the games that are provided. There were a few card games that we could play, but most had many of the pieces missing and the backgammon case was filled with travel brochures but only one game piece. It would also be really helpful to have some pickleball paddles and balls available. We picked some up at Target.
Overall, the unit was clean, but the second bathroom has peeling ceiling paint and the ceiling in particular needs a good scrubbing and sanitizing.
