We had hairballs and and fake nails under the couch and the mop board was filthy.

I love how convenient everything is: 2 pools that always have plenty of seating, a tiki bar, gym, etc. Our room was oceanfront and the view was amazing!

4 night family trip

There were some little things we found.. like one of the pillow cases was dirty, my son found a bowl of cereal under one of the beds from the previous renters.. it had been there so long we had to let it soak to get it clean.. there was also water damage in various places in the condo and it smelled musty. Also, there is no ice machine on the property if you need ice for your coolers..
We didn’t find the staff to be too friendly.. we were told at arrival all the pools stayed open until 10:00pm, however, one pool closed at 6:00 every evening.. the gym hours definitely do not fit with everyone’s schedules.. some people are used to doing early morning workouts and it didn’t open until 7:00am.. For the price we paid to stay there, there were just so many things that weren’t as described. The overall best thing was the private beach and the view from our room. Not sure if we would ever stay there again due to the lack of communication and the lack of friendliness from the staff..
I didn’t take pics of all the little things, but I did take a pic of the cereal bowl my son found under the bed from someone who had stayed there before us..
