Piscine extérieure et interieure
Contre : Le confort des matelas serait a améliorer ainsi que certaines installations(Manque d`entretien des installations extérieures ex:peinture)
Emplacement : Belle place pour faire de la plage et pres des épiceries
Bien situé , pres des épiceries et attractions. Endroit calme et reposant.
Equipement de cuisine dans le condo est adéquat.

The rental itself was in poor condition showing a lot of wear and need of upkeep. I had to go purchase liquid plumber just to get the shower to drain properly. Shower curtain was disgusting. Missing seven shower hooks barely there crooked installed shower rod just overall condition of the place was barely OK Downstairs was not helpful at all all

Room 503 was a pretty decent condo. It wasnt as deeply cleaned as youd expect from a hotel but it was still fine. The balcony was great, we loved the water pressure, all the extra pillows, the shampoo and conditioner were nice, and the beach and pool areas were kept fairly clean. The bed and pullout soda was terrible (pull out mattress was pretty much just foam). They need to be replaced completely. Its an older hotel, but for what we paid we really cant complain much.

The property did not match the photos. It was outdated, dirty, and did not have the amount of beds per my reservation. I did not receive help from the management listed on my itinerary nor at the front desk. I requested a different room and was told no. I requested a refund and was given the run around. Do not use this establishment. Expedia haven't helped either. I left the establishment an hour after arriving to drive 5.5 hrs back home. There an hour trying to find a resolution.

The unit we stayed in was a 6 out of 10. Bed good, good space, decent kitchen layout. Toilets had so leaks so they'd fill back up every so often. Tub didn't drain well (probably hair under the popup drain plug), sliding glass door to the balcony needs new rollers and lubricant (it was like dragging a box of bricks), entry door was damaged / large crack just below the handle to the floor), remote control was missing batteries and coffee pot burner had caked-on burn coffee.
Good: air conditioning was great, beds relatively comfortable, initially thought we'd hate second floor but it was nice to walk only one fligjt up and down rather than wait on elevators. Beach was nice, pools ok, lobby ok, always felt safe in the property, and grocery store realtive close. Furnishings were ok / very basic.
With some small improvements could be an "8 of 10".
