Although the room had a great appearance it needed attention to detail. As to call for maintenance for a broken kitchen chair, non functional TV remote & bathroom light. Blinds in the master bedroom were detached and didn’t close properly. The room was consistently humid because the AC wasn’t working properly.
We paid for a 5 night stay but hotel had us booked for 4 nights and locked us out of our room on the 4th day. Had to get an updated room code.

Thank you for staying with us. I understand the issue, since we are a condo and not a hotel this has been the way it works since conception of this property. We hope you enjoyed your stay otherwise and we hope you will stay with us again.

The elevator didnt work. It should have had yellow caution tape on it. After fire dept got us out it still did not have proper signage put on it.
Also, no smoking signs dont work if not monitored. Smelt and saw people smoking. If you arent going to enforce. Dont make that rule.

Property needs some basic maintenance (painting, repair, replacement) and we had no housekeeping while we were there. No new towels or coffee delivered to our room.

Excellent time all the pools were excellent and friendly staff!! Only downfall was construction noise on Sunday remolding a condo.
