This hotel isn’t in a safe neighborhood it’s not in Ferndale this hotel is literally on the ghetto dangerous side of the west in Detroit don’t go my room wasn’t ready I was scared to even walk inside. The only reason I booked was because I thought I was getting a deal not worth it stay away.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever seen. There was blood on the sheets, food rubbed into the headboard, yellow and brown stains on the sheets, a bar of used soap with water on the tub from the last guest. The front desk was on a call from the moment we got there to the moment we left. Kept going back a forth from his call to talking to us. The ac in the room didn’t work and was extremely loud.

When I pulled in the light were flickering on and off. I drove thur the parking lot and there were so scary looking people hang out. When I looked at the room windows 1 had the screen 1/2 way pushed out and a few down had the screen cut 1/2 thru. Another room I could see in and one of the lights on the night stand was tipped over. I left and will never return.

Sometimes it smells like cigs and weed, sometimes it smells like some dank ass Indian food. The people at the desk are very nice and I've never seen any bugs. My go-to hotel in the greater Detroit area.

This was the worst experience I ever had. They had burn holes in their sheets and blankets. They had stains on the sheets. And when I asked for more sheets they just gave me more stained sheets. The vending machine has expired candy. The staff is negligent and lack any courtesy or understandable communication. They did not provide another room or refund.
