Amazing double queen room
I really enjoyed my stay, the staff was friendly when entering. I didn't get up 2 enjoy breakfast but i did see the eating area and it was clean. The rooms were clean, up to date, tv worked well, and the ice buckets are next to the machine so u can just stack them for everytime you need them rather than one bucket and a million runs. A very clean and comforting hidden gem!

Nice but can be loud
The only issue with my stay was how loud the room was next to me. I stayed in room 414 and I believe it was 416 who were incredibly loud and had people in and out all night. Check in went smoothly and the girl working at about 6:30pm upon my arrival was very nice and accommodating. I will likely be back again.

Stayed here for one night and i couldn't sleep for a second. I don't know if it was the thin walls, but the occupants of the neighboring rooms were yelling all night. Also there was some loud thumping music that was going on somewhere on the property till about 1am. Add to this the floor of the room had all sorts of marks, felt very unclean. Was happy that we only booked a night.

When I arrived I was told the room I booked wasn’t available. They had given it away without communicating with each other. I booked two queens but, was given a single king bed. It wouldn’t have been as bad but, I had my two kids with me. Because of that we didn’t have enough towels. I asked three separate times for a towel and they never got one to me. I was told they had run out of towels and to check back later. I was already running late for an appointment and couldn’t wait any longer. I had to go to a housekeeper’s cart and take one off of their cart. It’s safe to say I won’t be staying at Avid in the future.

Staff was polite and friendly. The breakfast was average. The room was nice and clean other than the bathroom. The toilet seat had some crap on the seat we had to clean off and the soap in the shower was empty. I was pleased with my stay and would stay there again and recommend to others.

I have stayed here a couple times and I have rated this hotel 5 stars in the past. This was a very nicely priced property and because it was new, everything was clean, new, and worked. This is a very cheaply made place and things are fading fast. Heater/Air units didn't work correctly in the two rooms I was in. The staff used to be very attentive and helpful. It seems there is now new management and while the staff was nice, they really didn't care like they used to. I don't expect a luxury resort as these prices but now the price exceeds the quality.
