So impressed with the helpful staff. I believe Olivia is the name of the young lady that worked the front desk and she was exceptional in providing over the top customer support.

Would never book again. Dirty linens, dusty room, smelled like mildew. Very disappointing for a supposed Wyndham property.

This was much nicer than other Baymont properties I have stayed at. The airport is nearby, but the sound is not terrible. Housekeeper was helpful when I needed towels, but I didn’t catch her name.

Front desk personnel greet you morning noon & night .simple but very appreciative of the effort. Can’t speak to morning food option but I’m guessing pretty decent as both morning many people were enjoying it. First room had personal belongings so don’t think I should have been assigned room . Next room not what I had booked but they asked if I cared & it was ok. I like that she asked vs just assumed would work . That room bed comfy , pillows ok , ceiling in restroom peeling, don’t suggest walking on carpet barefoot , I know they vacuum it’s just older & looks like needs a deep clean or be replaced. Not frayed so not a hazard. The soap & shampoo was nice touch . Ac worked great. The towels don’t look all that inviting but let me tell you they were clean , soft & didn’t smell chemical like… so good job on the towels & sheets ! Parking lot had plenty of lights, thanks cause I came in late both nights & I didn’t feel like I was in a sketchy situation. But I can tell you patrons were smoking and drinking on property but not being rude or loud so I didn’t care . I’m a Wyndam reward member it it does anger me that it’s cheaper to use a site to get better rate than to book direct , means I don’t earn points but $ is $ & I’m not spending more to earn points to maybe get 1 free night a year , not really free cause I can take the savings to get a night . The lady at desk didn’t really know much about Wyndam rewards . I only mentioned cause there was an issue w booking.overall ok stay .

The employee (Chelsea) who checked us in was fantastic. You are lucky to have her as one of your staff. She was very friendly and helpful! Sara at check out was great too.
