Was unaware of needing a cash security deposit even though the room was fully paid for upon arrival for check in. And the evening manager was rather rude and would not let my son and I use the pool until ten ( because my son is a teenager) even though the check in manager said it was fine as long as my son was with me.

Worse night ever
Publié le 4 oct. 2024 sur HotelsBed Bugs were in there ! I myself got bitten 5 times to a point it woke me up out of my sleep have video footage and pictures. Hotel staff waited 5 hours to do something about it . Called to get a refund through the 3rd party hotel never answered for them . I sent my documents to the 3rd party and that was how I was able to get a refund . HIGHLY WOULDNT SUGGEST THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE
