2nd. The refrigerator was unplugged and wasn't aware of this until the next day when the food I brought was warm and spoiled.
3rd. The tv (also unplugged) was not getting any channels. This was after I had to decipher which remote did what (pretty sure I ever got it right) and I had to change the batteries in 1 of the remotes.
4th. The water to the shower took forever to warm up and then only was luke warm at best.
My suggestion would be to leave a welcome note explaining these issues. If that happened upon my arrival I would have no complaints having known what to expect.
I liked the house and the bed. great parking. easy to find. good price. I enjoyed the talk I had with the host while we were trying to figure out the door lock code

Hello, Paul, code is wifi generated and it takes a few mins to reset. We never keep appliances plugged in due to any unexpected power outages. The efficiency apt was completly revamped July of 2023 and we have had many guests since, however no one has had any complaints. Our hot water is always hot, Not sure what that's all abt. Maybe a motel would better suit your needs next time.
