Yvette at the front desk was amazing professional and kind 5 star!!! Elevator was down an hour after checkin, tv kept going off bathroom door came off as soon as we got in the room.stains on the ceiling.

Staff was friendly and great. Elevator was not working and had to climb stairs every time. Breakfast was good buy coffee was not hot. Room was decent, but the toilet was too low to sit. The bathroom has no handle for support. Sound proofing was not great and was hearing people talk even after midnight. The walkway was full of cigarette smell and hope they catch the ones who were smoking inside the walkway with the cameras that were installed everywhere. The fitness center had no ventilation and had a bad smell. Overall it is a hotel for some stop by for a day, but not for vacation.

- - :Saw one Big brown roach on the carpet, a few small black roaches in the washroom. Carpet in the room is so dirty. Closet door don’t close properly, furnitures are dusty, Block out curtains don’t slide properly. TV remote needs battery. Noisy, Cleaners are vacuuming the hallway at 9-930am. Staffs are ok. Service is ok : 8-10 minutes away to downtown and outdoor dining

If you're taking a short trip to Detroit this is the perfect place to go. It's not a 5 star hotel but it gets the job done. Besides, who goes to a new city to just sit inside all day? The hotel even has a shuttle that runs on the weekends taking people to and from downtown. Ken was great and even shared some tips and places to go downtown. Good place and safe part of the city.

Strongly recommend
Comfort inn went out of their way to offer a ground floor room, in time to gt some rest before going to the football game. The shuttle service was perfect. No waiting going or coming back. Breakfast was GREAT!

You Get What You Pay For
The staff was great and the shuttle drivers were fantastic. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I was not aware that this hotel is in a less than desirable location. I was concerned about our car in an unsecured lot. We were given a first floor room where we spent the night listening to people talking in the parking lot, car alarms, and the sound of base up and down the road. Room-- bed was ok, pillows were not. Curtains were falling apart. You get what you pay for
