My room was very large and clean. Housekeeping staff was the best. I hope to stay at another Comfort Suites again.

The staff here out shines the property! The hotel and room were clean and accessible, beds and pillows are comfy. The shower pressure could be improved and upon entry to the room it was unbearably warm - it took awhile to cool down so we went for a walk - area was walkable and was actually quite clean!
The staff was great! I was greeted by name, before I even introduced myself, what a nice touch! Checkin was a breeze! The staff always welcomed us with a greeting and a smile, they are attentive and welcoming. Very pleasant staff for the affordable accommodation!

Check in was a bit off putting by Blaire. The pool chemicals were way off balance causing a thick fog to be visible to the point the bottom was not clearly visible. A cleaning bottle of pink liquid was left in our room from cleaners.
Morning staff really turned around the experience though for us. The morning crew were very pleasant and smiles all around. Really brought up our rough start to our stay.

Our bathroom was very dirty a used bar of soap was left in the bathroom. The toilet was dirty on the outside and the seat so we had to clean it .There was hair on the bathroom floor and the shower was dirty we basically had to clean our own room . Lastly, to sum it up the beds were comfortable and the gentleman Ladale that checked us in he was very nice and helpful.

My window was broken and was stuck open the floor was sticky my shoes was getting stuck to the ground and i didn’t get the room that’s was advertised or i paid for
