The place is filled with down and out locals. The police are there regularly. The place also has been neglected by the owner and needs to be gutted and completely refurbished. I'm surprised the health department hasn't closed it already. Travelocity should not be booking travelers here.

Rooms were nasty, our room had holes in the flloor, our toilet paper was stained with a green type of substance. The headboard on the bed had stains and visible liquid stands and to top it all off our room smelled like pee with VISIBLE DIRTY pillow sheets

this is an OUTDATED ROACH MOTEL and should be closed and TORN DOWN!!!! charged a $50.00 security deposit upon check in with NO EXPLANATION that was NOT mentioned when reservations were booked, we booked double rooms and arrived to the location and they were NOT available, we received an 'upgrade'....that was NOT the case... had to change rooms to try to get a better room after the first night... ended up with a worse room somehow????? I thought false advertising was against basic consumer protection laws...such as you should NOT list stuff that your location does NOT HAVE!!!!! NO wifi, IF they offered breakfast, I WOULDN'T eat it, vending machines in that area looked really sketchy, staff was AWFUL, televisions didn't work properly, barely had a bed in the room, room keys were DEACTIVATED EVERY SINGLE DAY after we prepaid for our stay, you should read the google reviews BEFORE thinking about booking this nightmare, (someone mentioned they were reporting this place to the local news station as a health hazard as I have learned) I assumed that this place would be decent since the other hotels in the area are -- NOPE!!!!! didn't trust the pool, holes in the carpet in the room, smokers at EVERY entrance, the hallways smell of weed smoke, housekeeping only cleans your room AFTER you check out... and from what I can tell... that isn't really done to be honest. I am trying to figure out how this place got a 2.8 star rating on expedia... they shouldn't even be listed as a hotel.

building reeks of cigarettes, bathroom was gross, the mini fridge sounded like it was leaking coolant in the back (made a loud noise) - I was severely disappointed by the breakfast options (none)

Trip hazard at front door wife fell. Staff not concerned. Drain grate pushed in. Front office and entrance smell like weed. Took picks of room Exhaust fan sounds like it's going to fall out. Growls loud and is useless. Hall ways smell like weed. Kids selling drugs in parking lot. Chair in room stained and dirty. Had to cover with a blanket. Coffee maker in room but no coffee. Fridge barely works and is loud. No continental breakfast. Might be able to find a granola bar.
