Le service est incroyable, le lit extrêmement confortable, le design Art Deco très réussi et on s’y sent bien

Property was nice and while most staff were friendly and helpful, those same qualities were lacking in others. All and all not a bad stay.

I only stayed here for one night as every hotel in downtown detroit was pretty much booked on August 17th.
I checked in pretty late 3 am. Check in staff said my reservation was already cancelled but she would renew my reservations no issue. Hold fee of $20 USD was help on creditcard and water was offered.
Room
we had one king bed and a pull out bed. While the king bed was nice the pull out bed was disgusting. The mattress had no cover so we could see the stains that had incurred on the mattress, and it definitely wasn't pretty. There was brown stains all over which for me is a clear sign that this mattress needs to be replaced.
Staff was nice and gave us sheet covers and blankets but honestly no one would want to sleep on that. We had to put the couch cushion on top and add other things to make it work. Room is tight for 3 people and the bathroom isn't anything fancy.
Staff however was very friendly.
We did not explore pool or do breakfast so can't speak on that

I am writing to urgently address several serious issues we encountered during our recent stay at your hotel.
Firstly, our room was consistently damp, creating an uncomfortable environment throughout our visit. This significantly impacted our experience. Additionally, we were charged for a purchase we did not make, which adds to our frustration.
When we sought assistance from the hotel staff regarding this charge, the manager was unhelpful and dismissive of our concerns. This lack of support only compounded our dissatisfaction.
