Friendly check-in staff. Lots of potential here but it feels like the hotel has been neglected or they just can't keep up. We wouldn't even take our kids into the pool as it was so overly crowded. The rooms are a good size but it felt really icky and like it hadn't been cleaned. Our socks were so dirty just from walking on the carpet. It's not a super $ hotel so it's not as though we were expecting the Ritz Carlton, but they could certainly do better.

We were there for 2 nights. Absolutely dirty, they never made the room and we did run out of towels and toilet paper by next day, we did ask at the front desk and were told they will be sent to our Room. Never showed up. Horrible experience, don’t recommend at all. The room smelled like mold and the blinds were stained.

This property is missing significant upkeep. The carpet and interior is dated. Cracks, frayed carpet, and duct-tape patches throughout the shared spaces. The room doors are all swollen so you have to heft into them to fully shut. Our bathroom had stained walls, a tattered shower curtain, and no ventilation. The fire alarm went off twice during our stay - one resulting from a dryer having caught on fire. The thermostat didn’t seem to work and they had a back up hvac system running the building. The breakfast was sad - under cooked potatoes, long waits for burnt omelets, and a broken waffle maker. When I notified an employee of the waffle maker not working she shrugged and said “sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t” and turned away. Some of the staff were warm and attentive but others it was apparent could care less about the property or guests. We left with the impression that no one really cares about the property or guest experience and would not stay there again.

The elevator didn’t always work the pool was really dirty and bed mattress was broke
