Rooms aren’t clean
Publié le 23 août 2024 sur HotelsUnfriendly night staff, we had to come back and change rooms because one of them had the additional lock broken and other time because the keys wouldn’t work. Guests expect the hotel would proactively take care of these. Rooms definitely need more and deep cleaning

Unclean rooms
Publié le 23 août 2024 sur HotelsThe room wasn’t clean and the lamp shades and the kitchen cabinets were very sticky. The bathtub had gunk coming out as we shower which indicates it may not have been cleaned before. The facility doesn’t even have drinking water on site. Will not return here

Poor staffing/run down
Publié le 19 août 2024 sur HotelsGood price if you are on a tight budget. The place is run down and needs some remodeling. If you are one to complain about things, dont stay here.
The kicker was no one on staff when we tried to check out. Yes it was 5:30AM. But I had to call the reservation number. The guy tried telling me that check out time wasnt until 11AM. They finally called someone that lives close to come in.
