Nice comfortable, clean accomodations

The staff was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Ashley Thompson went out of her way to make my stay work for me. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room amenities were great. I will make a point of staying here when I am next in the area.

Thank you for smoking

I guess one hazard of an extended stay hotel is that some people will see a $250 smoking fee as a reasonable price to pay to not have to go outside. The smell was so pervasive that even with a damp towel under the door, we had to open the windows to the 20 degree cold whenever the bathroom fan was on. On top of that, the room was barely clean. Crumbs and nail trimmings were scattered around the carpet and the tub drain was choked with hair. To top it all off, both of our room keys were coded incorrectly and stopped working in the middle of our stay. Just top to bottom an unpleasant experience, and I feel for all the people being put up here for longer stretches by their work.

Disgusting!!!

Checked in and checked right back out upon checking the beds what I found was terrible and gross beyond belief. There were stains all over the bed and dried blood from bed bugs. One of the most disgusting things I’ve ever seen and staff was very nonchalant about the issue.Literally had to book another hotel because I had my whole family with me with no where for us to go. Would not recommend this establishment at at!!!
