la piscine est salle et des travaux non complété dans la chambre et lave à bot s'écoule mal.

However, my apologies on your experience with our cleaning services. I am personally using your review with our housekeeping manager to address the issues that went wrong during your stay with us to correct and improve our overall service! The bathtub backed up and wouldnt drain. No hot water for over 5 minutes. I woke in the morning with bed bug bites on my legs

A backed-up bathtub and hot water issues are not reflective of our usual standards, and I understand how frustrating that must have been.Additionally, I am very sorry to hear about the bed bug bites. We take this matter very seriously and will investigate immediately to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests.
