Upon arrival I waited over 30 minutes for someone to come to the desk to check us in. The desk help was working their other property which was next door. While we tried to check in and they were unable to accommodate the type of room I had booked. Once they had found another room, when we went to the room we found it still dirty. We returned to the desk and informed them. Instead of assigning another room, they made us go back to the room to look it over with them. The bedding was dirty, the room had an odor, and there was tape and other things hanging from the ceiling. Instead of moving us, they wanted to just clean the room while we waited in the lobby. The staff was very unhappy that we had brought that to their attention.

They don’t clean!

We were there 5 days and had to ask for towels everyday, which was a huge problem for the staff and they were annoyed every time. I asked for the room to be cleaned 3 days in a row. On day 4 someone picked up the mountain of towels and emptied SOME (not all) of the garbage. Didn’t make a bed or vacuum. The breakfast was great and the people who ran the breakfast were very kind, but other than that - the beds were AWFUL, old, uncomfortable and lumpy. No bugs and the a/c didn’t smell, so that was a plus; but over all not what I would expect for the money. Very disappointing.

It was okay. It was clean. No one at reception and then the lady didn’t know how to register us snd gsvd us wrong information. We were not told we had to request housekeeping
