Disappointed

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was a terrible experience from start to finish. First, the room had a weird, unpleasant smell that lingered the entire time. The bed sheets were stained with crayon-like colors, which made me question the cleanliness of everything. To make matters worse, when we opened the drawers, we found other people's clothes still inside! Clearly, the room hadn't been properly cleaned or checked before we arrived, which is unacceptable. As for the breakfast, it was a complete joke. We got down at 8:30 a.m., and almost everything was gone. We had to wait 20 minutes for more eggs, which tasted strange and were barely edible. For a breakfast that was supposedly "included," it felt like a bait and switch. Overall, this place was a disaster. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean stay. Definitely not worth the money!

The room wasn't clean when I arrived. Pizza boxes on top of the closet and dirt on the carpet. I requested them to clean it the next morning and returned that evening to find neither items had been taken care of.

we were promised early check-in the day before arrival, and upon arrival were denied our room till 3 00 pm
