The staff was outstanding and very friendly. The lobby, bar, restaurant were great. The bed was comfortable and clean. That’s where the good ends. The thermostats didn’t work and the room was really cold. The shower valve didn’t work and it was either a trickle of scalding water or a full blast of cold water….. no in between. The sofa was stained and no extra sheets. The furniture stains were consistent with my last two stays there. Never again for the price.

The staff is outstanding. Check in and valet are quick and easy. It’s quiet with good amenities. This is the third time I’ve stayed here. Unfortunately each time the pullout bed and sitting furniture is very dirty with significant stains. The bed itself is ok, but for the substantial cost of the hotel and how nice everything else is, the cleanliness of the furniture just isn’t where it should be.

If you can drive up and out of downtown it worth it to get a better hotel. Bathroom is not in convenient shape. They don’t provide free hot water or drink during day or after breakfast time unlike other hotels. Parking is so expensive and had to park cross street for 1/3 price. They want $40 a day. Not enough activity around area. Breakfast is pay service and bad quality food. Staff are good and polite overall.

Hotel location excellent for our sports weekend to football and hockey as only 20 min walk or 13 dollar Uber. Rooms are nice and solid bed makes sleeping easy.

Amazing stay
Amazing stay for the husband's 75th birtday! The property is lovely, but what makes this place special is the staff!! From the front desk to Dallas who works the bar/restaurant...these are amazing hospitality professionals! In future, this is the only place we will stay!

Nice hotel
Beautiful hotel next to the “people pusher” free train service. No bars/restaurants in walking distance and not best area to walk as close to highway and not friendly walking area. Bar/restaurant at hotel was dark, only a couple people working.

Very strong detergents used to cover up scent made it kind of unbearable. Overall good location for the price that night but hungover next morning and smells like chemicals and dirty carpet, breakfast was okay. It was all okay. We were cheap. better than other similarly priced places a little further away
