Convenient location, big rooms, but needs makeover

But my room smelled like cigaret, everything is kind of old, no usb chargers, dirty carpet, one elevator out of order.

I've stayed here before, but probably not anymore, only because the beds are not comfortable at all. The hotel and area are not bad at all.

Was upset when I arrived at the hotel and realized that when I booked the hotel in July the price I booked for was $130 a night. I arrived to find out that it was $199. I don’t think that is right that hotels change your rate after booking. I’m very disappointed and I won’t be stay at a Hyatt ever again.

Hotel was very busy and it seemed understaffed. Walls are thin, so there’s a lot of noise.
