Convenient location, big rooms, but needs makeover

But my room smelled like cigaret, everything is kind of old, no usb chargers, dirty carpet, one elevator out of order.

When I arrived to check in there was a sign up at the desk that they hap stepped away and would “be back shortly.” Had to stand there for quite a while until someone came to check us in. Room wasn’t super clean (candy from last guest was on the counter, stains in toilet) and the remote for the TV didn’t work. Just an overall very sub par experience.

Weekend Visit to see family

Pool is good size but there wasnt much of anything else (like slides or other rides, which would've been great for the kids). Over all great experience, highly recommand for family
