Très décevant. Le robinet de l'évier etait malpropre à l'arrivée. Les tapis sont vraiment dégeulasses. Les rideaux sont tellement usés qu'ils ont des trous et on voit à travers. Les lits etaient confortables et propres mais draps troués.

The Wi-fi was down wasnt notified until check in. There was hair clogging the shower drain when I got to my room.

Excellent experience with Nick the night man

Very good experience. The desk man when we checked in who goes by the name of Nick was top rate. We got our party into the right rooms (including an accessible one for my elderly cousin) with speed and efficiency. My cousin also needed to print out his airline boarding pass to tamp down his anxiety about upcoming travel. Nick was able to print it out for him and give him a good night's sleep. Thanks Nick!

This place did not appear clean. I think the customer should be informed at check in that the room would only be cleaned if you stayed 5 days. We had no problem getting clean towels, tho so that was a plus. The free breakfast was pretty sparse but it was "free". I probably would not stay there again. It certainly did not measure up to other La Quintas i have stayed at.
