The staff are udderly rude and don't know how to deal with people with disabilities and they don't care either. They treated me like I was a piece of dirt and I was locked out of my room for several hours while I was told to hang on because " they're helping other guests with their check ins it was in the morning and so I came down in my pj pants to extend my stay and all that had to be done was just for Them to take my payment method and I was stuck in the lobby as a ( Diamond member) at that for several hours while I was told I would have to keep on waiting for other people to cut in front of me. Poor professional grade ppl who work here and don't care about anything but a paycheck. Sadly it's true.

This is not a complaint…

Towels were old, stained and with holes, bath tub was rusty, pillow cases stained as well. Even though the room was on the 15th floor, you can hear all the road noises over the loud and over worked AC unit. The $10 dollar breakfast was decent if you like fighting gnats for your food. Only good thing was the mini waffles. Weed is legal in Michigan, so there’s that. You have to venture out to locate the microwave on an odd number floor, and then again to find the vending machines. If you work the night shift, parking availability is going to be an inconvenience. Area is full of life, stores and eateries are plentiful being just around the corner. The weekly rate makes all the minor details tolerable.

I stay here often when i visit Detroit…. Best bang for your buck… but not a lap of luxury… for the price i wouldn’t expect much more… at bare minimum it’s satisfactory…. Could even be considered nice depending on what you’re use to
