This place blows. A/C dont work, no refrigerator, no coffee pot, smelled bad, staff friendly.

Though you indicated that you found our staff to be friendly, we regret to hear that your room didn't meet your expectations in terms of there being no refrigerator or coffee pot and that the AC was broken. It's worth noting that your reservation was for a Standard Room, and this room category doesn't come with those particular features. Smelly room and water

The room smelled horrible although very clean.
The water from the faucet smelled awful and tasted like dirt. Not sure why but I didn’t feel comfortable at all with using the shower or the sink.

I checked into room and the AC unit was not getting cold enough (extremely hot day), I asked to be moved to a new room and it was no problem. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and parking was great.
