2 adults and a 12 year old. We had reserved a double room but told on arrival that there was an issue so they transfered us to a suite with a king and pull out. The pull out was dirty and the matress so thin that I guess sleeping in it would result in some sort of injury. So we shared the king (that was confortable). Room had heavy cigarette smell, hotel is dated and in need of serious work. The pool was fine. We only stayed 1 night but the deposit was taken (usually they are only pre-authorized) before being reimbursed 10 days later. That's very annoying because for me that means 2X conversion fees. Only hotel so far that did this to us on our extendend roadtrip...

La chambre était correcte.
Les tapis de l’etablissement était très sales.
L’eau du spa et de la piscine n’était pas limpide.

Bel hotel situé près de l'autoroute.

Pour : Localisation près de l'autoroute et la proximité des restaurants.
Contre : Ok
Le quartier ne rend pas justice à la qualité de l'hôtel. La piscine et le spa sont les bienvenus.

Really shouldn’t be pet friendly at all nowhere for the animals to go to the bathroom at all, and it was nice of them to not charge the deposit

Lights did not work, tv did not work, toilet did not flush, people above us were loud and stomping all night, walls and bathroom were dirty. Staff was incredible and friendly but property needs TLC

When in need Red Roof comes through for you!
Publié le 28 août 2024 sur HotelsClean and convienet. Power went out at home for 24 hours and needed a place for me and my two small dogs. We all were comfortable and safe! Check in was amazing ! The night recep who got off at 11pm on the night of the 27th was amazing and a huge help!
