However, we sincerely apologize for the cleanliness issues you encountered with the elevators and in your room; this is not typical of the high standards we aim to provide. We are aiming for 5 stars! I do apologize for the issues you faced as we never want a guest to be unsatisfied through their stay. We will better train housekeeping to inspect the dishes better and we can provide you a end hallway with less noise. When we opened the door to the room, it had a bad body smell. However, after we cranked the A/C, the smell was minimal.

The metal strip between carpet and hardwood has exposed screws. I had to cover the strip with a towel because I cut my foot.
