Decent albeit dated

Decent stay albeit with dated kitchen appliances, electric and tv. Notably the fridge was older and nosier than it could have been. Service was friendly and room was comfortable enough.

The hotel had the worst smell both in the hallways and somewhat in the room, but the hallways smelled disgusting. They also tried to charge a $150 fee.

We were very disappointed to read of your experience during your stay with us. While an apology will regrettably not alter the outcome of your experience on this occasion, we do extend it with all sincerity. We certainly empathize regarding the points you mention in your review, especially the odor you experienced. During your stay the hotel was undergoing carpet cleaning in the halls and rooms. This cleaning is done periodically to keep our hotel smelling fresh and looking clean. We work hard as a team and company to keep our hotel clean and sanitized as you can read in many of our survey feedback from other guest. The 150 incidental hold is a common policy that has been in place for many years and explained on all booking channels and at check in. The authorization is released at departure. We hope we get a chance to give you a better experience in the future.

the location is good, the employees are very friendly and helpful. the room need fixing and upgrade.
