The room looked good and was super clean. The gentlemen are the reception were polite and efficient.

Wow, really nice!

Wow! It was a great option for our family. The closest was big enough for a pack-n-play to be set up with a bit of walk room besides. As a parent of two, it was clean enough for me not to worry about them. The bathroom was huge, kind of a shame that the toilet didn't have a door to close it off from the rest of the bathroom. Also, not a fan of the frosted glass pane on the bathroom door... But it does look nice. The only thing I can think of as a negative is the choice of trim around the door inside the bathroom, I don't then the MDF was rated for that moisture level and is falling apart, tile might have been a better choice. It seemed like it was the quietest hotel I've ever stayed at, although that seemed to emphasis our crying 7mth old in the evening.

The handicap accommodations served me well. I was vey comfortable in the shower and appreciated the fact that the room was close to the elevator.

Awful service and stay

It was the most unpleasant stay I've ever had in a hotel due to an uncapable personnel. Front desk was terrible. TV didn't work. House keeping lady did not clean the room daily and when she did, she took a personal bag and the manager found it the day after I left town.

My stay here was very pleasant. The staff was very kind about the fine that was charged to my card and disputed it. The room was very clean and well organized.
