We had a problem with our keys working. Every day we had to go down to the front desk to get new keys. Hotel was great however, I didn't like that they didn't make the beds everyday. All they did was give new towels. They didn't even wash the 2 coffee cups in the sink.

We are really excited to announce we will be having a new lock system installed because the keys are so sensitive when you place them near your phone they do get demagnetized. We expect those to be installed here in the next couple of months. The order has already been placed! :) As for housekeeping, yes, Staybridge across the world do not schedule housekeeping on the weekends. It is only during the week but if something is needed our front desk staff or housekeeping would certainly try to accommodate the request :)

Uncomfortable

I arrived the toilet looked liked it was ready to run over. Tile on kitchen floor had deep black cracks. Pull out bed looks like they pulled it from the dumpster Black dots food stains. my ankles itching. Dry air. Couch looks wore out.

I do apologize your stay experience wasn't met to your expectations. We are really excited to be working on the next half of our rooms for renovations and can guarantee once complete new carpeting appliances, furniture everything if you would consider giving us another try. Thank you

Spacious suite, knowledgeable and friendly staff. We will definitely stay here again.

Lots of room in our suite. We had 2 bathrooms, but one had a wobbly toilet. It didn't seem to be attached to the floor. Debra in the breakfast area was pleasant, and was busy getting things filled. They had make your own waffles and omelets as well as yogurt bar and salad bar. They had a nice pool and cookout area in the middle of the hotel. It was a pleasant stay.

They were doing some remodel so parking was being used by the construction company but all in all a good stay. Was very expensive but we had to be close to hospital so we had to pay the price.
