Hotel bien situé, près des grands axes et des commerces. Les chambres sont vastes et bien équipées. Les "Managers reception" trois jours par semaine sont agréables. Les chambres qui ne donnent pas sur l'autoroute sont très calme.

I stay at this particular hotel a couple times a year. In the last two years I have noticed some wear and tear on the rooms . Small things that need to be attended to but still my #1 choice. The staff is always friendly and courteous. I love the morning breakfast and the happy hour/ social hour they offer with snacks . The rooms are like a mini apartment with everything you need and the bed and pillows , the most comfortable and the main reason why I come back every time .

At arrival, greeted by the counter staff immediately. Very nice and professional. She asked us what room we had preferred instead of just assigning us one. Room was very roomy, clean and well layed out. Bed was very comfortable and got a good night sleep. Breakfast was hot and plenty full. Lots of choices, not just a continental breakfast. Checkout was simple and quick. Counter staff was once again very nice and professional. Will always look for a Staybridge wherever I go. Thanks for making us feel important. Will be back.

The day shift staff was very nice and welcoming. The night staff was rude and seemed like we were inconveniencing them. They also called us about a water leak and was blaming us for the leak. They said if there was water on the floor they were going to charge us. We told them to come up and look. They never came up and it’s one in the morning during this time. I had to call down and see what they were planning on doing that we needed to shower. I guess the leak was coming from the tub. They told us we had to move rooms and that we had to go down and get the new key. By the time we were done moving to a new room it was after 2 in the morning. They never apologized for the inconvenience.

The staff was very friendly, beautiful apartment style room, comfortable bed, good location and one of the best breakfasts! I only wish they would use paper plates and cups and biodegradable utensils instead of all the styrofoam and plastic.
