My room was dirty it had no tissue paper no trash bags there was dirty towels in the bathroom and old food in the fridge

Very bad experience. Property appeared unkept and I could not contact anyone by phone or in the office.

Couldn't use the kitchen, stove top had rust on the heating surface, woke up to a roach in the bathroom, no lights worked besides the on in the kitchen, food just laying in a stairwell, to mcuh surprised this place is opened still will all the health violations i seen being broken.

Very very very Dirty nasty Unprofessional loud ghetto Trifling I wish I could upload some pics of this room and and they would not put me in another room or give me my money back and talked well trying to talk really crazy lol but

Paid $78 for the room at 11am. Then had to sit in the lobby for 4 hours till 3pm to get the key card from the front desk. Even though the maid said she had multiple rooms ready at 1215pm. And to top it off at 3pm when. I got the key I notice that the same exact room went from $78, down to $50. So I paid an extra $30 just to sit in the lobby? I am very unhappy with the situation. The maid staff was the only good experience I had with this place. If I'm not compensates in some way I will absolutely not be revisiting the this booking site, or the hotel.
