The staff were kind and responsive however engineering was called to our room 3x for three different issues, including a plumbing issue.

Won’t stay again

Stayed for my son’s birthday weekend. Room was nice was great and spacious. Pool and hot tub where not cleaned the best and always having to ask for towels. Saturday morning front desk lady was rude I paid for breakfast credit for Saturday and Sunday morning, this was verified when I checked in Friday afternoon. Went and got drinks Saturday morning and the lady told I used up my credit I said yes for today I need my card back for tomorrow credit and she told me no you get anything else. She was the only rude one everyone else was great. Room service was nice and even the housekeepers, when I asked for just a few extra towels. For the price I paid I felt the pool could have been better and more options to grab something quick with my credit, but won’t be a hotel I stay at again. Sunday morning my 9 year old was woken up to a large drink half naked party not pleased with that, not the way he should wake up for his 9th birthday.
