Positive: accueil Négative: personne bizarre (flannage, prostitution, personne non clients de hotel, draps pas propres, piscine non nettoyée, l’eau dans la piscine en état déplorable, hot tub non fonctionnel, déjeuner ne corespond pas à la description). L’endroit a besoin d’amour et un nouveau manager!

Crappy stay

The room was ok but it had spiderwebs in each corner..I had a hard time getting towels..they came by and gave me one big towel and said they are getting more and never came back.i asked for towels later and they gave me more big towels.at this point I gave up.the only thing was ok was the gym..I will never visit this place again.. don't go here..

The only issue is the time that it takes to get my $50 deposit returned. Deposit was paid on the 18th of August, it's now the 24th of August and still not returned.

First room offered was not ready. Bed was not changed and room was not clean. They put us in another room. TV and telephone did not work. Mario brought in another TV and the phone was fix. Mario did a great job to make things right

We had absolutely no hot water the entire stay which no one told us about at check in. So the extra money I paid to have a jacuzzi room for was an absolute waste! I couldn’t even take a shower and when I brought it up I was blown off with little to no concern from the staff.

You get What you pay for

First day there was no hot water. We could not take shower and had to wait until late Saturday afternoon before it was fixed. The indoor pool was cold and the hot tub was not functioning. The AC was off in the room, we had and it smelled musty. Had to go get some room freshener to make it tolerable. My daughter left her prescription glasses on the headboard. The GM refused to give her his name so she could give it to my brother in law who was going to go get them and mail them to us. Other than that the staff was friendly while we were there.
