My girlfriend and I booked a room for the night and was not aware of a check in window, 3-10pm. We arrived 10 minutes past that check in window and the front desk door was locked. We called a number and finally got in touch with someone who worked there. When we finally received assistance the lady working the front desk stated she called me to ask what time we would arrive but did not leave a message so I was not aware. When we finally got all checked in we headed to our room, when we got in we noticed that the room was not cleaned, towels on the floor, bed not made, as if someone just checked out of that room.

We were on the first floor and very close to the entrance, unfortunately the air conditioner blew the smoke in the room from what the people outside were smoking (cigarette/marijuana). It was not a pleasant smell! This was a constant smell, so the room smelt awful! My advice is to move were people can smoke away from the entrance and/or away from the air conditioner units that way it will not pull that smell inside your rooms.
On a good note the beds are very comfortable and your staff is super nice!

Thank you for providing us feedback. We will monitor the guests that choose to smoke outside and make sure they are aware that they must be away from the hotel when smoking. I appreciate you letting us know so that we can make the changes for our guests to have an excellent stay!

I am sorry that you did not have an experience to your expectations. As we are an extended stay property with limited services, we do not provide breakfast. Our website does provide all the information for all our guest stays. Thank you for letting me know about the odor as I will be reviewing that for all our rooms to ensure cleanliness and arrival expectations

The room stinks with some strange and very strong smell. Staff is not helpful at all. It’s a newer facility. If you hoping to use kitchen there are hardly any plates or cookware.
