The biggest issue was that it was advertised as 2 bathrooms and there was really only 1 bathroom and the second bathroom was a toilet in the basement. The people who booked it were all in their late 70's and 80's so going down those basement stairs in the middle of the night was unsafe.
The owner did respond well and made an adjustment to the cost, but we still ended up with only 1 usable bathroom, for showers and midnight uses. The owner did help us, but it would be much better for them to be upfront with exactly what is there. it is better to understand what you are getting and then you can decide if 1 bathroom and a basement toilet will fit your needs.
