My stay at Waidroka Bay Resort has been tremendous,so stoked. The staff has gone above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The food,Captain’s,and staff have all treated me great.

We loved our stay at Waidroka. The resort has a strong community vibe and is welcoming to guests and their local neighbours. We received genuine and quality service from staff who were always helpful and knowledgeable of activities.

Thank you for your review - HOWEVER giving us a TERRIBLE is quite unfair as you booked and paid for 2 adults in a small room category , WHILST ARRIVING AS A PARTY OF 5 and only upon arrival did you realize your own mistake of this booking !We still worked extremley hard to accommodate you and help whilst it was late evening and we had a full house without any options. We where, as with every booking and guest, excited and fully prepared to check you in and host you with our exceptional service and when arriving with such a large party whilst your booking was for the wrong room size and category to your needs, we helped you and tried to accommodate for many hours. Your own dissapointment in having made such a mistake combined with our tremendous effort to still ' save the day' does not deserve your review response.We hope you had a positive continuation of your vacation and wish you all the best and hope you will be able to prevent such a mistake going forward.Thank you and wishing you all the best.THE WAIDROKA TEAM

This property is secluded away from it all. You are locked in to eat meals here as it would be a decent taxi ride to the nearest town. We were only here a couple of nights with a 4yr old. However the staff were so lovely very inclusive and welcoming. We were here on a Friday/Saturday night on the Saturday they had a traditional Fijian Kava ceremony which was an awesome experience. I’m GF so they made bread and wraps from scratch so very accommodating.

A remote and quiet resort, lovely staff and a simple approach, meals made for you each evening etc . Highly recommend for a quiet relaxation holiday

Amazing staff and great options for adventures. My husband had a few awesome surf trips, we all went to White sand beach for snorkelling and tried River tubing. The food was fresh, local and delicious and the staff went above and beyond to make sure our kids enjoyed their meals and stay. We brought our 7, 4 and 2 year old kids, the staff were very open that they don’t have a lot of children of those ages but they made them feel so welcome and catered for their every needs. My husband was in touch before we arrived to discuss our plans and they were always very accommodating. We didn’t want to leave and would absolutely love to go back!

Very friendly staff, but over-priced for the quality of the room. Food was good but over-priced and due to the isolation, it was the only option.

Thank you Janis for enjoying our resort and for your kind words. We apologize for you feeling that we are overpriced, but to our defense everything is so much more expensive these days and food costs have increased termenously post Covid, together with staffing, fuel and any other cost of our operation. We have tried our best to remain affordable, but are feeling the global challenge we are all batteling with in terms of overal cost-of-living and especially operating a resort in the midst of the reainforest in Fiji. We do hope you understand and hope to see you back with s again.
