Great stay & host!

Beautiful place and near everything
Publié le 8 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayI stayed with my two dogs and daughter in law. We stayed the weekend during off-season and it was very nice. The apartment is very large with two nice sized bedrooms and windows everywhere. I highly recommend and it is perfect for those who enjoy boating.

Great waterfront condo by the Marina
Publié le 1 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe condo was easy to access and easy to park. Someone was in our spot, but there was plenty of parking available. The condo is large and had a great A/C. Rooms were large and open, so you did not feel cramped with 4 adults. Bring paper products, shampoo and soap and laundry detergent should you need it. The owner was easy to contact and was very responsive. Great spot!

High tides but high times

Very spacious and prime location

Unacceptably disgusting property
Publié le 29 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayStained and unlaundered sheets, moldy shower, gross toilets, dirt, hair and sand everywhere, batteries removed from smoke detectors. Completely unacceptable. Upon notifying host, response was that the property had been cleaned. Not the case. Spent initial hours of stay washing bedding and cleaning bathroom, so that they could be used. Upon sending pictures to host after stay requesting refund, no response. The listing pictures are misleading at best. Beware.
